American Red Cross volunteerism often becomes a family affair. Sometimes even family pets get involved. This is Anubis, whose owner is an American Red Cross Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager in Michigan. Anubis donned his owner’s Red Cross disaster vest before striking a pose in front a Disaster Action Team vehicle. We can only imagine that responding to disasters on a cold, winter day in Michigan must be ‘ruff’ but American Red Cross volunteers are known for their ‘dogged’ determination to get the job done!
