2. Additional steps include completion of an online orientation and passing a free background check.
3. Depending on which volunteer path you choose with the American Red Cross, you may need to complete additional training.

Once your application is complete, and you have attended an orientation, you will be contacted by a representative from the department in which you choose to volunteer to discuss next steps.
