October 16, 2018, The Cove Neighborhood, Panama City, Florida. Warren Martin and John Nelson, members of the Florida National Guard, stopped by the American Red Cross feeding vehicle to ask about the services the Red Cross was offering people impacted by Hurricane Michael and ended up taking a stack of hamburger dinners along with snacks for themselves and colleagues.
